Updates!

Hello everyone. I have taken so many pictures lately! Last week we took Zach outside across to a field that is in front of our home. This was the first time. He really enjoyed it and was very curious about everything. He was good and did not eat anything he was not supposed to! He liked to rip the grass out of the ground and throw it around.

I put him in his monkey costume that he wore for Halloween last year. It fits perfectly now. I took a really cute video of him walking...I'll post it later.

Auntie Carolyn arrived safely from D.C. on Saturday afternoon. He was shy at first and snuggled into Nana's shoulders, but Zach has warmed up to her quite quickly. She is finding new ways of distracting him during diaper changes (which she never does by the way) and new ways of making him laugh.

He finally popped another tooth on Sunday, the 25th. So, now he has 4 upper teeth and two lower ones. He does have some molar action happening a little early too! I can't believe he will be one year old next week! Where has the time gone!!

Hello everyone. Well, Zach's sleeping has improved greatly and he is pretty much sleeping through the night now with the odd night having him up fussing once. I'm enjoying the extra sleep while I can for I know things can go back to the way they were very quickly. He continues to work on his teeth with two, including a molar, ready to pop through at any second! He is not walking yet. He seems to be very happy cruising and crawling at intense speeds! Feeding him is a challenge and times and is becoming a very messy experience! We are anxiously awaiting Auntie Carolyn's visit!

11 Month's Old

Zach turned 11 months old yesterday! WOW! He is such a go getter and continues to surprise us and make us laugh. He is working on some more teeth but nothing new has popped for a week and a half. He talks a lot and loves to still climb the stairs at Nana and Grampa's house. We are still working on having him climb back down the stairs the proper way. He wants to go down head first!

We are very excited about Auntie Carolyn's coming to visit on the 24th. Rest of Carolyn, he's all yours. HA HA!

Various Pics

Here are some recent pics. Pics 4, 5, and 6 are with Zach's friend Ashley, who was born on the same day! As you can see though, he is considerably bigger than Zach! He is walking already (Ashley didn't really crawl well until right before he started walking) and I think scared Zach a little bit at first. There was some rough housing happening! Then the 8th one of is of him playing with Kaylyn again.
