These were taken yesterday. Kandice, Kaylyn and their pug came over for a quick visit before bed. Zach was excited to show her one of his toys that Nana and Gramp gave him. She wanted to brush his hair like she did when we were at her house last week!

This Past Week

Here are some pics from this past week. My birthday was this past Monday. He did not really get into the cake like I thought he would. He just wanted to play with it just like he did on his first birthday. The pics of him in the rocking chair with a book were taken on March 26th. He went into his room and after a short time I heard silence...well, that is a cue for me to go in and check out the situation. Well, he was quietly sitting in the chair reading a book!!

Mr. Energy!

This video was taken on March 18th. Of course, I was late in getting the camera out so missed some of his best attempts at jumping. But, I'm sure you will get the idea. We were heading toward bath time which is why he is just in his diaper. Sure took awhile to get that done! He just wouldn't stop wiggling and dancing. A little while later he did say "ash" several times as we figured out he may have been trying to do "Ring Around the Rosy" from Toddler Dance Class.

5:00 a.m. Cleaning

First Off, please look down to 2 posts below this one. I finally got a video to download and it went in under the date the draft was saved. So, check it out.

Here is a video from this morning. Zach started howling around 3:15 a.m. I picked up him at 3:30 a.m. and he did not go back to bed until 8:00 a.m.! I had been up since 1:00 already so it is going to be another long day for me...2nd time this week! Anyways, around 5:00 a.m., Zach took a kleenex and decided to start washing the walls, coffee tables, etc. He did this for awhile for I decided to go get the camera. He was doing so well that I did eventually give him a wet cloth to use! Hopefully he will be as willing to help out like this when he is older!

Funny Faces

This is a video from a week or so ago. I've been trying to upload it to my blog for awhile now, but it wouldn't let me know. I finally got it to work! Don't worry, we don't let him do this unsupervised because the cap is small. Plus, it is empty...he just likes to suck on it when there are a few drops left. Unfortunately, I didn't have the camera nearby when he first took a swig...he made such a funny face. He does this with lemons as well......I think he gets this from Grampa because he really likes lemons. I couldn't get him to talk in this video, but I tried.

Playing in the Snow

We have another big snowfall today. Brian took Zach out this morning for some shovel time! I went out for a bit too. I'm wearing Brian's jacket, toque and glasses in case you are wonderful why everything looks big!

21 Months Old!

Zach turned 21 months old yesterday! Hard to believe. He is saying hi now more, but still very slow to speak. He could have 3 more teeth soon...they sure do take a long time to come in!
